We're looking for the person who notices the burned-out light before anyone else. The one who sees a crooked pallet, a dusty fixture, a slow process, or a struggling employee—and can't walk past it without making it better. At Speedmaster, leadership isn't a title. It's ownership. We don't believe any task is beneath us. We believe every task is an opportunity to set the standard. Ownership Is Non-Negotiable:
We believe leaders own everything within their four walls. If something is dirty, broken, disorganized, or below our standards, you don't walk past it—you own it. Whether it's organizing inventory, picking an order, wiping down a sink, cleaning a restroom when needed, straightening a workstation, or removing dust from a fixture, our leaders set the example. We take pride in operating a warehouse that reflects the same level of discipline, organization, and cleanliness as a world-class manufacturing facility. Nothing is beneath a true leader.
