The salary range for this position is expected to be between $130,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for up to 10% performance-based bonus.

Role:
The Warehouse Manager at Richmond Wholesale will oversee and coordinate all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storing, and inventory management. This individual ensures safety and regulatory compliance while driving operational efficiency and productivity. The role is highly visible, interacts with multiple departments, and provides opportunities for long-term growth within a dynamic company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and hire warehouse employees, including laborers, equipment operators, clerks, and inventory personnel. Schedule employees and truck drivers, coordinate deliveries, and manage loading dock operations using mechanized equipment such as forklifts. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for staff and inventory. Verify shipping records, manage inventory control, and resolve shortages or overages. Collaborate with other departments (production, quality, buying, distribution) to ensure seamless warehouse operations. Establish operational procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments, handling, and inventory management. Oversee in-house and off-site inventory, outbound logistics, and implementation of SOPs, QCP, and other company procedures. Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years proven warehouse supervisory experience, managing a team of 20+ employees. Comfortable using computers and software tools; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience creating reports, tracking KPIs, and supporting forecasting. Ability to work across multiple shifts and maintain flexibility, including nights or weekends if required. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure. Comfortable working in freezer/cold environments (~50% of the time).
Preferred:
HACCP Certified SQF Coordinator Skills Knowledge of FOOD industry regulations, FDA, and OSHA compliance
