This is a 1st shift opening! The Marketing Associate will support the company as it introduces new products within its categories each year. In this role, you will help with planning and carrying out new product launches, building launch timelines, coordinating with internal teams such as R D, Operations, Sales, Packaging, and Marketing, and preparing the marketing materials used to bring new products to market. Marketing Associate:

You are responsible for the product strategy for the product categories you are assigned to ( brioche, croissants, desserts ) by defining product value, product positioning, and key selling points used in customer and consumer product marketing. Develop messaging used to communicate product value to retailers and consumers. Work with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to create marketing materials used to promote products, including product catalogs, flyers, POS materials, promotional displays, and other sales support tools. Write and organize product messaging used in marketing communication such as product descriptions, product launch messaging, promotional materials, website content, and social media posts. Create packaging artwork in Adobe Creative Suite by placing product graphics, text, and brand elements onto dielines, adjusting layouts as needed, and ensuring product information, labeling, and brand elements are correct before files are finalized for production. Work with internal teams and external partners to move packaging artwork and marketing design projects through review and into production. Review packaging and marketing materials to ensure the branding, messaging, colors, and layout are consistent with the company's brand. Organize product photoshoots used for packaging, marketing materials, and promotional communication. Manage multiple marketing and product-related projects at the same time while tracking timelines and ensuring deadlines are met. Job Requirements of the

Marketing Associate:

3+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or brand management within the food, retail, or consumer packaged goods industries. Experience supporting product launches, product marketing, and creating marketing materials for packaged consumer products. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite to create or edit marketing materials and packaging artwork (preferred). Graphic design experience creating packaging artwork on dielines as part of the design and production (preferred). Experience creating marketing materials and product messaging used to promote consumer products, including website updates, social media content, and promotional messaging. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
