Onsite | Monday-Friday | Day Shift 7-4
Compensation:
$80K-$100K We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Inventory Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations, inventory control, and a growing team. The company is expanding into a larger facility, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes, improving operations, and having a direct impact on how a warehouse is structured and scaled. What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day shipping, receiving, inventory, pick/pack, and warehouse operations
  • Manage, train, and develop warehouse and production team members
  • Own cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and inventory discrepancy resolution
  • Improve warehouse layouts, workflows, SOPs, and operational KPIs
  • Utilize WMS/ERP systems to improve inventory tracking, reporting, and efficiency Ideal Background
  • 5+ years of warehouse operations and inventory management experience
  • 2+ years leading warehouse or production teams
  • Strong inventory control, cycle counting, and root cause analysis experience
  • Experience improving warehouse processes, systems, or facility layouts
  • Manufacturing or distribution experience; Epicor is a plus but not required This is an onsite opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, leading from the floor, and helping build a more efficient warehouse as the organization grows.
