Full-Time About the Position Traileros is looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to oversee day-to-day yard operations, material logistics, inventory structure, and sales growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily yard activities, material logistics, and facility organization. Establish proper structure, placement, and accommodation for steel stock and trailer parts to maintain a clean, efficient yard. Lead, train, and hold employees accountable for safety, cleanliness, and daily performance. Drive sales, actively assist customers, prepare quotes, follow up, and close deals. Manage customer accounts, coordinate order fulfillment, and handle collections on overdue balances. Make quick, effective decisions to keep operations running smoothly. Requirements & Ideal Candidate Bilingual English/Spanish (Required for communicating with crew and customers). 5+ years of management experience in industrial operations, yard management, or logistics. Demonstrated experience working with metal products (steel) and trailer parts/components. Strong sales background with the ability to build customer relationships and close deals. Strong leadership presence, assertive communication, and the ability to hold people accountable.Preferred:
Age 35+ with deep familiarity with local Inland Empire commercial operations.Pay:
