Job Description
Warehouse, Inventory & Delivery Manager Full-Time | San Jose, CA | $26-$30/hour | Monday-Friday Are you a hands-on warehouse professional who knows how to keep inventory organized, shipments moving, and deliveries on schedule? We're looking for a reliable Warehouse, Inventory & Delivery Manager to take ownership of daily warehouse operations and help keep things running smoothly. If you're forklift certified, experienced with inventory management, comfortable driving a full-size pickup truck, and fluent in English and Spanish , this could be a great opportunity for you! What You'll Be Doing Receive, unload, inspect, document, and organize incoming shipments Prepare and stage outgoing orders for customer and carrier deliveries Manage and maintain accurate inventory using inventory control software Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Safely operate a forklift for loading, unloading, and material handling Drive full-size pickup trucks such as Ford F-150, F-250, F-350, F-450, or F-550 for customer and jobsite deliveries Keep the warehouse clean, organized, safe, and efficient Coordinate with customers, vendors, and field crews Communicate clearly in English and Spanish Follow instructions, solve problems, and flag issues before they become bigger problems Help with occasional Saturday operations when needed What We're Looking For Fluent in English and Spanish , both spoken and written Forklift certified with at least 1 year of forklift experience Valid California Class C driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable safely operating full-size pickup trucks At least 1 year of warehouse shipping/receiving experience At least 1 year of inventory management experience Experience using inventory control or warehouse management software Experience receiving, documenting, unloading, and stocking materials Able to lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly Must live within 25 miles of San Jose, CA 95112 Available to work full-time Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays You'll Stand Out If You Have Warehouse management or logistics experience Shipping and receiving experience Microsoft Office and Windows experience Construction, concrete, epoxy, flooring, or related industry experience Strong organizational and problem-solving skills A dependable, hands-on approach Ability to work independently while being part of a team Pay & Benefits $26.00-$30.00 per hour , depending on experience 401(k)-type retirement plan with employer matching contributions up to 3% of pay Paid sick time Full-size company truck — F-350 Dually or F-550 Dually Paid lunch every day Paid vacation accrual after the first year Friendly, supportive, team-oriented work environment Location & Schedule San Jose, CA 95112 Full-time | Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays as business needs require Ready to Join the Team?
