officelibations.com. About the Role We're looking for a driven and hands-on Warehouse Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person is responsible for leading all warehouse operations while ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, product quality, employee development, and timely fulfillment of all customer orders. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager. What you will do . Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment Manage warehouse staff scheduling and labor allocation; maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse. Oversee receiving of all inbound deliveries, including verifying purchase orders and quantities. Ensure all client orders are accurately picked, packed, and staged; own daily order prioritization. Manage warehouse assets (pallet jacks, forklifts, refrigeration) and coordinate repairs when needed. Establish and track productivity standards (e.g., picks per hour, orders completed) and drive against KPIs like inventory accuracy, picking accuracy, and on-time route readiness. Inventory Management Own inventory accuracy through daily monitoring, monthly physical counts, and reconciliation. Investigate variances and ensure FIFO compliance and product rotation. Safety & Compliance Maintain OSHA-compliant warehouse operations, including safety inspections, PPE compliance, and hazard reporting. Team Leadership Lead a team of 5-10 warehouse personnel, making sure you lead by example. Hold bi-weekly one-on-ones and daily huddles. Set clear expectations and measurable goals, and hold the team accountable to performance standards. Address performance issues promptly and professionally, following established processes. Develop team members through coaching, delegation, mentorship, and skill-building. Maintain accurate operational reporting (inventory, productivity, labor, damage). What we are looking for 5 years of work experience, at least 2 in leadership roles. Experience in Warehouse is highly desirable, but not required. Experience with equipment maintenance A college degree, ideally in operations, is preferred but not required.
