Some weeks it's just you and a small crew, so you should be able to handle things on your own. The Job Shipping, receiving, stocking, returns, and backorders Accurate, on-schedule inventory counts Domestic and international freight (FedEx, UPS, truck freight) Forklift operation and pallet banding Supervising a small team (0 to 2 people) What We Need A track record we can verify: reliable, shows up, no drama 2+ years supervising shipping and receiving Forklift certification Experience with warehouse management software and handheld scanners Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet most of the day Within about 45 minutes of San Leandro Bonus Points Background in building materials, industrial distribution, or tooling Experience running a smaller operation, not a large distribution center Comfortable with Microsoft Office and light paperwork Why This Job You'd actually run something here, not follow someone else's script.
