Compensation:
$70,000
•$85,000 annually (DOE)
Position Type:
Full-Time, Direct Hire Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations in a food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inventory control, receiving, shipping, storage, material handling, and team leadership while ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and company standards. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and material disposition. Oversee receiving, inspection, and documentation of inbound shipments. Ensure accurate and timely outbound shipments, including shipping documentation. Maintain organized warehouse storage and maximize space utilization. Supervise, train, coach, and develop warehouse staff. Process employee timecards and maintain workforce accountability. Enforce safety procedures and oversee forklift and material handling equipment operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe warehouse environment. Partner with Procurement, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve inventory and shipping issues. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in food manufacturing. Experience with inventory management systems; NetSuite preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying warehouse temperatures.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. NetSuite experience. Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
Pay Details:
