Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Role Overview We are hiring a hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to drive productivity, enforce standards, and optimize workflow in a high-volume Amazon FBA media operation (books, DVDs, CDs, video games). This is a production-focused leadership role , not a desk job. You will work alongside staff daily while actively identifying inefficiencies, eliminating bottlenecks, and increasing total output. We are looking for someone who is disciplined, systems-driven, and results-oriented —someone who takes ownership of performance and pushes the team to operate at a high level. This is a metrics-driven environment. Performance is measured daily. Core Responsibilities Work directly alongside staff daily (scanning, sorting, grading, prepping, labeling) Drive daily production output and enforce performance standards Track team productivity (scans, accepts, errors, time worked) and hold staff accountable Identify inefficiencies in workflow and eliminate bottlenecks quickly Improve warehouse layout, organization, and movement efficiency Ensure all inventory meets Amazon FBA requirements (condition, labeling, prep) Oversee shipment prep, box building, and inbound FBA processes Train, coach, and correct employees to improve speed and accuracy Reduce wasted time, poor habits, and unnecessary movement Maintain a clean, organized, and disciplined work environment Required Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Highly disciplined and detail-oriented Comfortable managing people while working alongside them Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment Comfortable tracking metrics and holding others accountable Basic tech proficiency (scanning tools, spreadsheets, inventory systems) Able to lift up to ~50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift Dependable, punctual, and consistent Highly Preferred Experience with Amazon FBA workflows (especially media categories) Familiarity with scanning tools (ScoutIQ or similar) Understanding of book/media grading and condition standards Experience improving warehouse workflows or production systems Prior warehouse lead, supervisor, or operations experience What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership of output , not just tasks Someone who naturally identifies problems and fixes them Someone who can push a team to perform without constant oversight Someone who values efficiency, speed, and accuracy Other Information In-person warehouse role only Casual work environment Training provided on internal systems Opportunity to grow as the operation scales
