Full-time 8:30 AM to 5:00PM Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our team in leading the Warehouse and Fulfillment department. This role is responsible for overseeing receiving, shipping, order processing, work orders and inventory management. The Warehouse Manager will lead a team in accurately processing daily orders while ensuring inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has prior Warehouse Management experience handling order fulfillment, familiarity in shipping software, strong computer skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 7-10 employees in all aspects of fulfillment cycle
- Ensure inbound orders are processed in timely manner to meet business demands
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by implementing SOP's
- Resolve day-to-day issues related to order processing
- Work closely with internal teams in constantly improving programs for warehouse
- Ensure accurate SKU's are shipped according to order request
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Work collaboratively with team leads to develop actionable goals
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior experience managing a warehouse or fulfillment team in fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate computer skills (scanning systems, inventory software, data entry)
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
- Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Efficient with inventory control procedures
- Experience using shipping software (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to reach productivity goals
