Job Description
A rapidly growing leader in the off-road and overland vehicle industry is seeking a hands-on, strategic Warehouse Operations Manager to take ownership of a 50,000 sq. ft. distribution facility supporting both B2B and B2C operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a warehouse leader who has successfully scaled operations, improved efficiencies, implemented warehouse systems, increased inventory accuracy, and built high-performing teams.
We are looking for someone who can step in quickly and make an immediate impact, ideally available to start within the next week or two.

What You'll Be DoingLead day-to-day warehouse operations for a busy distribution centerManage and develop a team of approximately 8-9 warehouse employees and temporary staffImprove warehouse flow, organization, inventory accuracy, and productivityImplement and optimize barcode scanning and inventory tracking processesCreate structured bin locations and slotting strategiesManage inbound containers, receiving, put-away, fulfillment, and shipping operationsOversee small parcel and LTL shipping activitiesEstablish KPIs, performance metrics, and accountability measuresDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, throughput, and cost savingsPartner with leadership to develop short- and long-term operational growth plansWhat We're Looking Forâś… Bilingual Spanish/English requiredâś… 5+ years of warehouse management and operations leadership experienceâś… Proven success improving warehouse processes, inventory control, and labor productivityâś… Experience implementing warehouse technology, barcode scanners, WMS, ERP, or inventory tracking systemsâś… Strong inventory management, cycle counting, and warehouse organization experienceâś… Experience managing warehouse teams and temporary laborâś… Forklift certified or able to obtain certificationâś… Advanced Excel and reporting skills preferredIdeal BackgroundWe want to speak with warehouse leaders who can clearly demonstrate measurable results such as:

Base Salary:
