Lead and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a motivated team focused on safety, efficiency, and accuracy. Manage transportation planning and coordinate freight activities using transportation management systems (TMS). Implement process improvements utilizing lean principles and continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Monitor and control warehouse budgets, including procurement, purchasing, and inventory costs while maintaining optimal stock levels. Utilize ERP systems such as Full Circle for supply chain analytics, demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory control. Ensure compliance with safety standards, oversee forklift operation certifications, and enforce warehouse safety protocols. Qualifications Good leadership skills. Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of supply chain management including logistics, freight handling, shipping & receiving, and warehouse distribution. Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), ERP systems like Full Circle. UPS/ FedEx/ DHL Knowledge. Direct to Consumer Fulfillment Experience. Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives using lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices. Experience managing budgets, procurement processes, demand planning, production planning, and inventory control. Supervising experience with teams involved in materials management, dispatching, order fulfillment, fleet management, and procurement activities. Strong computer skills. ERP- Full Circle knowledge is a big plus. Certifications in forklift operation preferred; strong understanding of transportation planning and 3PL (third-party logistics) partnerships is a plus.

Pay:

$73,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
