If you love keeping things organized, enjoy talking with people, and take pride in getting orders out the door on time, this role is for you. What you'll do Facilitate distribution order fulfillment in our distribution warehouse for stores and businesses ordering larger scale orders Maintain and update our master inventory list so distribution counts are accurate and current Stay in constant contact with the team that secures distribution orders, including regular check-ins and debriefs so nothing falls through the cracks Serve as a friendly, professional voice for the company on phone calls with businesses who made distribution deals Follow our standard operating procedures to make sure every order is fulfilled accurately and on schedule What we're looking for Strong organizational skills and comfort working with spreadsheets or inventory systems A warm, confident phone presence and clear communication skills Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with a team Experience in distribution, logistics, inventory, warehouse equipment or customer-facing roles is a plus Interest in comics is a plus, but not required Compensation $4,000 per month Performance-based bonus opportunity for following SOPs and delivering timely order fulfillment, with details discussed during the interview process Why join us You'll get in early with a company that's building its operations, with real ownership over how distribution runs and a bonus structure that rewards doing the work well.
