Job Description

The Warehouse Manager leads the day-to-day operation of the Styline Logistics hub in Aurora, Colorado. This role manages freight receiving, warehousing, staging, and outbound loading; leads warehouse personnel and box-truck drivers; and ensures freight moves safely, accurately, and on schedule from arrival through delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage daily hub operations across freight receiving, warehousing, staging, outbound loading, and local delivery. Lead warehouse personnel and box-truck drivers, including scheduling, work assignments, coaching, and performance management. Oversee inbound freight receiving; verify counts, condition, and documentation; and resolve shortages, damage, or other discrepancies. Maintain organized storage, accurate inventory, effective material flow, and proper freight handling throughout the warehouse. Plan freight staging and loading; confirm loads, paperwork, equipment, and vehicles are ready for safe, accurate, and on-time departures. Promote and consistently enforce safety policies across dock, warehouse, loading, and delivery operations. Monitor service and productivity results and apply Lean practices to improve throughput, reliability, and quality. Required Qualifications Previous management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse, freight, logistics, or distribution environment. Hands-on knowledge of freight receiving, warehousing, staging, dock operations, and outbound loading. Experience supervising delivery drivers, managing daily schedules, and coordinating dispatch or route readiness. Working knowledge of freight documentation, inventory controls, load accuracy, and safe material handling. Experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize changing freight and delivery needs, motivate others, and meet scheduled timelines. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics operations. Experience with box-truck or local delivery operations and warehouse, transportation, routing, or dispatch systems. Get taken care of.
