Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join our team. The Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of newspapers to customers. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.

Duties:

• Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring that all items are properly secured
• Assist with warehouse duties, including organizing inventory and preparing items for delivery
• Assist Managers with delivery of down routes and verifying customer delivery.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating vehicles and handling products
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each delivery

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
