We also handle third-party logistics, repackaging and pick-and-ship, for other growing brands out of ourOrlando and Ft. Lauderdale warehouses. The role We're looking for a Warehouse Manager who really owns the floor, not someone who just clocks in and runs a forklift. You'll run the day to day: shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, transfers between our facilities, inventory accuracy, and a crew of full-time and temporary staff. When something breaks or a shipment goes sideways, you're the one who sorts it out. You don't wait to be told. This job comes with real authority. We're not looking for someone to babysit. We're looking for someone to hand the keys to. You'll decide how the floor runs, make the calls that keep it moving, and have our backing when you want to change something. What you'll own The daily operation: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping Scheduling and leading the crew, both full-time and temporary, so the floor hits its productivity and qualitygoals. Keeping inventory accurate, including replenishment and transfers between Orlando and Ft. Lauderdale, so we're never caught short or sitting on too much A floor that stays safe, clean, and organized, with the SOPs actually followed The equipment. Forklifts, pallet jacks, and general upkeep, so nothing sits idle waiting on a repair You're a fit if you have 2+ years leading or supervising a warehouse team Solid forklift and pallet jack experience (this one's a must) A strong grip on inventory management and warehouse software The instinct to catch a problem and fix it early, before anyone has to ask Comfort in a small team where you wear a few hats Nice to have Experience with multi-site or interfacility logistics Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros) Bilingual English/Spanish CDL Class A/B The details Full-time, on site in Orlando, with the occasional run down to Ft. Lauderdale $65,000 to $80,000 a year depending on experience, plus bonus potential! It's a physical job.
