Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Logistics & Delivery Coordinator to handle the delivery of our beef products. This position will be responsible for planning efficient delivery routes, safely transporting products, and building strong relationships with our customers and vendors. This person will be one of the main faces of our beef business and should be comfortable talking with customers, promoting our products, and helping grow sales. Responsibilities Plan daily delivery routes for the most efficient use of time and fuel. Safely load, transport, and deliver beef products. Maintain proper temperatures and safe handling of meat during transportation. Verify orders and ensure customers receive the correct products. Maintain a valid Class B CDL and safely operate company vehicles. Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors. Provide professional and friendly customer service. Learn our beef products and be able to discuss them with customers. Identify opportunities to sell additional products and gain new customers. Follow up with customers regarding future orders and product needs. Communicate customer requests, concerns, and sales opportunities to management. Maintain accurate delivery and route records. Keep delivery vehicles and cargo areas clean and organized. Qualifications Valid Class B CDL. Good driving record. Delivery or commercial driving experience preferred. Customer service or sales experience preferred. Strong communication and people skills. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to plan and manage delivery routes. Dependable, professional, and self-motivated. Ability to lift and move cases of meat as needed. What We're Looking For We need someone who is more than a driver . This person should take ownership of their delivery routes, build relationships with our customers, represent our beef products professionally, and look for opportunities to increase sales and grow the business.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
