Seasonal About Holiday Standard Holiday Standard is a Christmas tree delivery and holiday logistics company serving homes, condos, and residential communities throughout South Florida. We make Christmas easier for our customers by handling the hard part — delivering fresh Christmas trees directly to their homes, setting them up when selected, and returning after the holidays for removal. As we prepare for the 2026 Christmas season, we are building our seasonal operations team. The Role We are looking for dependable, organized, hands-on Seasonal Delivery Team Leads to oversee Christmas tree delivery operations within assigned areas or zones. This is not just a driving position. Team Leads are responsible for helping manage the flow of trees, coordinating delivery providers, maintaining accountability for their assigned inventory, and making sure customers receive professional, on-time service. A Team Lead may oversee approximately 6-10 delivery providers , depending on seasonal order volume. Responsibilities Manage daily Christmas tree deliveries within an assigned zone Coordinate and communicate with delivery providers Help organize and distribute tree inventory for daily routes Track assigned trees and completed customer orders Ensure drivers follow Holiday Standard delivery procedures Confirm pickup and delivery photo documentation is completed Help resolve basic delivery issues in the field Maintain communication with Holiday Standard operations Ensure customers receive professional and respectful service Help manage high-volume delivery days during peak Christmas season Assist with January Christmas tree removal operations What We're Looking For We are looking for people who are: Dependable and punctual Comfortable leading a small team Highly organized Strong communicators Comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment Professional around customers and residential properties Able to solve problems independently Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile applications Physically capable of handling Christmas trees when necessary Logistics, delivery, transportation, warehouse, route management, moving, operations, or team-lead experience is strongly preferred. Vehicle Access to a suitable pickup truck, cargo van, box truck, or similar vehicle is a plus. Some Team Lead assignments may involve overseeing or operating from larger vehicles used to stage Christmas tree inventory. Schedule This is a seasonal position centered around the Christmas season. The busiest operating period will be from approximately late November through December , with additional tree-removal opportunities in January.
