Distribution Center Manager, Garage Door Manufacturer - Orlando, FL Windsor Door manufactures and distributes 100% American made sectional residential garage doors and sectional commercial-duty overhead doors. For more than 60 years, Windsor has set the standard for product quality to a vast array of partners, national home builders, custom and regional builders, as well as commercial builders throughout America. We are looking for a Distribution Center Manager to oversees daily warehouse and distribution operations including inventory control, dispatching, transportation, and staff supervision. This role drives process improvements, monitors operational performance, and ensures timely product delivery while maintaining safety and compliance standards. MUST have Strong people skills required, along with experience in sales, customer service, budgeting, inventory control, and P&L management in a distribution center/warehouse environment. Construction industry experience is a plus. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of distribution center operations, including inventory control, dispatching, and warehouse supervision. Drive reseller success by supporting account strategies, territory planning, and day‑to‑day operations. Contribute to revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets. Lead and support reseller onboarding, training, and ongoing development. Build and maintain strong reseller relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Act as a trusted resource for product knowledge, proposals, pricing, and contract opportunities. Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and competitive activity. Resolve product issues promptly and provide solutions‑focused support to resellers. Interpret construction plans, specifications, pricing, and P&L information to guide reseller decisions. Apply mechanical/technical aptitude and numerical skills to support business and sales decisions. Support distribution center operations, including inventory management and product ordering. Qualifications 3-5 years of distribution center or warehouse management experience. Strong knowledge of inventory management and distribution center operations. Ability to analyze P&L income statements. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse or operational associates. Demonstrated commitment to exceeding standards of safety, productivity, and customer service.
