Job Summary Cielo Manufacturing is looking for a hands-on Inventory & Warehouse Manager to take ownership of inventory accuracy, receiving, warehouse organization, and order fulfillment at our manufacturing facility. This is not a desk-only warehouse role. We need someone who is comfortable working in the ERP, managing physical inventory, organizing the warehouse, receiving materials correctly, performing cycle counts, solving inventory discrepancies, and making sure finished customer orders are packed and ready to ship accurately and on time. The right person will be organized, accountable, comfortable working in a fast-moving manufacturing environment, and able to create structure where needed. Responsibilities Own day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations. Maintain accurate inventory in our ERP system, SOS Inventory. Receive incoming materials against purchase orders and ensure quantities, SKUs, lots, and locations are recorded correctly. Maintain an organized warehouse with clearly identified inventory and logical storage locations. Perform and manage routine cycle counts and full physical inventories. Investigate inventory discrepancies and correct the underlying cause rather than simply adjusting balances. Maintain accurate inventory locations, lots, units of measure, and item information. Coordinate closely with Production on finished-goods handoffs and material availability. Support Production by staging and locating raw materials, packaging, and components. Own final packing, case counts, palletization, weights, dimensions, and shipment readiness for customer orders. Perform final physical QA checks before finished goods leave the facility. Ensure actual shipments are accurately reflected in SOS Inventory. Identify shortages, damaged inventory, unidentified materials, and other exceptions before they become operational problems. Help improve warehouse layout, inventory controls, receiving procedures, and fulfillment processes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. What We're Looking For Prior experience managing inventory and/or warehouse operations in manufacturing, distribution, food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or a similar environment. Strong understanding of receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, and fulfillment. Experience working in an ERP, MRP, or warehouse management system. Comfortable investigating discrepancies and working through detailed inventory records. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to manage priorities and keep multiple customer orders moving at once. Hands-on leadership style — willing to work alongside the team when needed. Dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of problems through resolution. Experience with lot-controlled inventory is strongly preferred. Experience with SOS Inventory, QuickBooks, GMP manufacturing, or regulated products is a plus but not required. What Success Looks Like Inventory in the system matches what physically exists in the warehouse. Materials are received correctly, inventory can be located quickly, production has what it needs, cycle-count discrepancies are investigated, and customer orders leave the facility accurately packed and on time. This is an important operational role with a lot of visibility and an opportunity to help build a much stronger inventory and warehouse function as the company grows.
