Weekends, some Sundays, and early mornings may be required. Help keep daily home deliveries running smoothly—from accurately bagging and staging orders to coordinating routes and resolving delivery issues. You'll work with drivers, customer service, fulfillment teams, and leadership to get orders ready correctly and on time. This role combines hands-on fulfillment support with daily operations coordination and reports to the Senior Manager of Culinary Operations. What you'll do Coordinate daily home-delivery fulfillment and ensure orders are accurately bagged, staged, and ready on time. Help prepare routes and coordinate with drivers and supporting teams. Monitor workflow and troubleshoot order, staging, and delivery issues. Use ShipStation, FedEx, Parsley, and related platforms to support operations. Track driver activity, incidents, and other operational information. Help onboard and train fulfillment team members. Support food-safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures. Keep staging areas organized and identify ways to improve efficiency. Required qualifications Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Clear communication and practical problem-solving skills. Availability for the required schedule, including weekends and early mornings as needed. Ability to stand and move through production and fulfillment areas for extended periods, periodically lift up to 50 pounds, and work in refrigerated and warehouse environments, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred qualifications At least 1 year of experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, food production, retail operations, or delivery.
