Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure everything runs smoothly. Duties Oversee warehouse distribution activities, ensuring timely shipping and receiving of goods. Manage inventory control processes using warehouse management systems and RF scanners to maintain accuracy. Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including team management, training, and performance evaluations. Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts safely and effectively while adhering to OSHA standards. Coordinate logistics with transportation providers and internal departments for smooth distribution center operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA guidelines, and promote a safe working environment for all team members. Must be able to handle working in and out of freezers. Skills Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management within distribution centers or similar environments. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management, BFC and logistics processes. Skilled in process improvement methodologies like lean management to streamline operations. Must be able to work in -0 degree freezer temperature environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and communication purposes. Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners safely. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. Physical capability for heavy lifting and materials handling tasks as needed. BFC Experience. Programming . $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
