We're building a team that delivers packages safely, on time, and with a strong culture from day one. We're hiring an Operations Manager to lead daily dispatch and drive performance as we grow from launch to a full 20-van fleet. What You'll Do Run daily dispatch: assign routes, check drivers in/out, and get every route launched on time Monitor deliveries throughout the day and solve problems fast when things go sideways Lead pre-shift safety briefings and keep drivers focused on safe, defensive driving Check vehicle inspections (DVIC) daily and keep the fleet running at 95%+ operability Build driver schedules across four 10-hour shifts to cover every route Track performance metrics (DCR, DNR, CDF, safety scores) and coach drivers to hit targets Help onboard new drivers, including training and paperwork (license, I-9, drug screen, handbook) Manage fuel card compliance and daily audits Work with our fleet provider on vehicle maintenance and repairs Handle driver, customer, and Amazon station escalations professionally Support hiring, interviewing, and performance management of drivers What We're Looking For 2+ years in logistics, delivery, transportation, warehouse, or fleet operations (Amazon DSP experience a big plus) Strong leader who can manage a team of 15-20+ drivers Cool under pressure, good at solving problems on the fly Comfortable with dispatch software, email, and basic computer systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to pass a background check and drug screening Able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed High school diploma required; degree in logistics, business, or related field a plus Schedule Full-time, 5 days a week including some weekend coverage. Early morning starts to support route launch. On-call availability for operational issues.
