A Brief Overview The Manager, Supply Chain & Warehouse is responsible for overseeing day-to-day supply chain and warehouse operations, inbound inspection, analytical testing oversite, procurement, demand planning, logistics, inventory control, and distribution. This role focuses on executing established strategies, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring cost-effective, timely delivery of materials and products. The Manager will supervise the site team, ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, and work closely with internal departments and external partners to support business objectives. What you will do Manages day-to-day supply chain activities, including purchasing, material planning, and inventory control to ensure material availability and cost efficiency. Oversees warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring proper space utilization, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment. Collaborates with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to align supply chain performance with business needs. Supports new product launches and process improvement initiatives. Supervises and develops warehouse and supply chain staff, setting clear expectations, KPIs, and training plans. Monitors ERP/WMS performance, ensures accurate data entry, and promotes process efficiency and compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements. Works with suppliers to address service, delivery, and quality issues; supports cost savings initiatives and monitors performance metrics. Duties may vary slightly by location. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all company policies and standards. Must be at least 18 years old. Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (Preferred) Experience Qualifications 4-6 years in supply chain, warehouse, or distribution management in a manufacturing or distribution environment (Required) 1-3 years supervisory or team leadership experience (Required) ERP/WMS systems, Lean/CI principles, working knowledge (Preferred) Skills and Abilities Warehouse operations and inventory control (High proficiency) Procurement and material planning (Medium proficiency) ERP and WMS system knowledge (Medium proficiency) Supplier communication and issue resolution (Medium proficiency) Cross-functional communication (High proficiency) Team leadership and staff development (High proficiency) Regulatory and safety compliance knowledge (Medium proficiency) Data analysis and problem-solving
