Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day distribution activities, ensuring seamless inventory control, efficient logistics, and safe handling of materials. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize warehouse workflows, and foster a team-oriented environment that promotes safety, accuracy, and productivity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a fast-paced distribution center and contribute to operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including team management, training, and performance development to ensure high levels of engagement and efficiency. Oversee warehouse distribution processes, ensuring timely shipping and receiving of goods while maintaining accuracy in inventory management systems. Implement process improvements using lean management principles to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce waste. Operate and oversee the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners safely and effectively. Maintain strict inventory control through regular audits, cycle counts, and inventory management systems to ensure data accuracy. Coordinate logistics activities including shipping schedules, carrier communication, and compliance with OSHA safety standards. Ensure all warehouse operations adhere to safety protocols related to heavy lifting, materials handling, and equipment operation. Skills Extensive experience in warehouse operations with a strong understanding of distribution center workflows. Proven ability to lead teams effectively with excellent managerial communication skills. Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation. Skilled in process improvement methodologies such as lean management to streamline operations. Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety practices. Ability to operate or supervise the operation of forklifts, heavy lifting equipment, and other material handling tools safely. $50,480.70 - $60,793.96 per year
