Assistant Warehouse Manager SoHa Living - 3.6 Honolulu, HI Job Details Full-time $26 - $30 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Teamwork Packing Driver's License Attention to detail Warehouse experience Time management Full Job Description SoHa Living is looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Assistant Warehouse Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. This is a full-time leadership position that will be responsible for managing our weekend warehouse team and helping ensure that orders, receiving, inventory, and store fulfillment stay organized and on schedule. The ideal candidate is proactive, hardworking, positive, and comfortable managing a team while also jumping in and helping with day-to-day warehouse tasks. About the Role The Assistant Warehouse Manager plays an important role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly and making sure our stores and online customers receive product accurately and on time. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, leads by example, communicates well, and is always looking for ways to keep operations organized and efficient. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the weekend warehouse team on Saturdays and Sundays Help assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently Pack and ship online customer orders Ensure online orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on time Receive incoming product and shipments Verify received product against purchase orders and packing lists Report shortages, damages, discrepancies, or receiving issues Tag, label, barcode, and prepare merchandise for distribution Organize and put away incoming inventory in the correct warehouse locations Fill and prepare store orders and product transfers for SoHa Living and SoHa Keiki locations Ensure store orders are accurate, complete, and ready for scheduled deliveries Help maintain accurate inventory and proper product organization Assist with cycle counts, inventory counts, and locating inventory discrepancies Maintain organized backstock and clearly labeled warehouse locations Consolidate merchandise and optimize warehouse space as needed Help receive and process new product deliveries Prioritize urgent store requests, online orders, and incoming merchandise Coordinate with warehouse management, retail stores, e-commerce, product development, and other departments when needed Communicate clearly about inventory issues, missing product, delays, staffing concerns, or operational problems Help train and support warehouse employees Monitor team productivity and ensure employees remain focused and productive throughout their shifts Make sure warehouse procedures and company expectations are being followed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Ensure aisles, packing stations, receiving areas, and storage areas remain organized Help troubleshoot problems and proactively find solutions rather than allowing issues to remain unresolved Assist the Warehouse Manager with other operational needs as required What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, retail operations, or management experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred Ability to confidently manage and direct a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and accountable Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently and making decisions when management is not onsite Willing to be hands-on and work alongside the warehouse team Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Proactive and able to identify problems and create solutions Able to maintain a professional and respectful work environment Comfortable using basic computer systems, inventory systems, and shipping software Ability to lift, move, and handle merchandise as required in a warehouse environment Schedule Requirements This is a full-time position working 9:00 AM-5:00 PM . Weekend availability is required. This position must work both Saturday and Sunday. Because the Assistant Warehouse Manager will oversee weekend operations, dependable weekend attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
