Job Summary:

The Warehouse Manager will ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and profitably.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensures efficient warehouse operations through collaboration and coordination with other departments. Prepares and submits required management reports. Coordinates routine warehouse and equipment maintenance as needed. Researches, identifies, and presents new ideas to improve warehouse operations. Attends and participates in scheduled and ad hoc meetings. Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies. Coordinates procurement and delivery of materials to meet installation schedules. Manages warehouse operations and inventory systems. Monitors inventory levels and reorder points. Implements logistics tracking systems. Supports prefabrication staging operations. Collaborates with project teams to prevent material shortages. Develops improvements to logistics and warehouse efficiency. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills. Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures and applicable safety policies. Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate s degree preferred. At least five years of related experience required; supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at a time. Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse.
