This role oversees receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping while ensuring compliance with food safety, regulatory, and company standards. The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in supporting production and customer fulfillment by maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse processes, and developing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, a continuous improvement mindset, and a solid understanding of food safety and supply chain operations. Essential Job Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Management Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure efficient material flow to support production schedules and customer delivery requirements. Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow to improve productivity and reduce waste. Monitor staffing levels and allocate resources to meet operational demands. Ensure proper rotation of inventory (FIFO/FEFO) and product traceability. Inventory Management & Accuracy Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, physical inventories, and system reconciliation. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. Ensure accurate transaction processing within ERP/WMS systems. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with Purchasing and Production to prevent shortages or overstock. Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory Compliance Enforce compliance with: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and applicable
