Responsibilities:

Own the health and performance of the company's distributor business, with a primary focus on UNFI and KeHE. Monitor depletion trends, velocity, purchasing patterns, inventory movement, fill rates and order cadence. Identify distribution voids, declining SKUs, inventory risks, unexpected order changes and potential out-of-stocks before they affect revenue. Serve as the day-to-day liaison between Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, distributors and retail partners. Lead monthly business reviews and maintain clear distributor scorecards, action items and communication cadences. Coordinate forecasting, purchase orders, item setup, pricing, delivery issues and promotional readiness. Track planned promotions through execution and confirm activity ran as intended at both the distributor and retail levels. Analyze sell-in versus sell-through, provide post-promotion analysis and build scalable reporting and joint business plans.

Candidate Profile:

3-7 years of distributor account management, channel sales operations, trade development or related CPG experience. Direct experience working with UNFI and KeHE is required. Comfortable working with depletion data, distributor portals, syndicated data and tools such as SPINS, VIP, IRI/Circana or equivalent. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn raw data into a clear view of account health, risks and next steps. Experience managing retailer promotions, forecasting, inventory, purchase orders and post-promotion analysis through distributors.
