Job Description

Mailing Services Manager The Mailing Services Manager oversees all mailing operations to ensure printed communications are produced, prepared, and distributed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with USPS and other postal regulations. This role manages mail processing workflows, postal optimization, vendor relationships, postage expenditures, and a team responsible for mail preparation and distribution. The Mailing Services Manager works closely with production, customer service, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of client communications while maximizing postal savings and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily mail processing, presorting, and distribution activities. Ensure compliance with USPS regulations and mailing standards. Monitor postage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Oversee mail production schedules and mailing deadlines. Lead and develop mailing services staff. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors. Maintain quality control standards and mailing accuracy. Stay current on postal regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience in mail operations, postal services, or print/mail production. Knowledge of USPS regulations, postal discounts, and mail preparation requirements. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with mailing software, postal reporting, and workflow management preferred.
Pay:
$27.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
