On Site Warehouse Manager in Elwood, IL We're looking for a Site Manager who believes in the power of people and teamwork. In this role, you'll guide daily operations, support team development, and foster a safe, respectful environment where everyone feels like family. 5+ years of leadership experience (or equivalent education) Strong communication and people skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (JDE experience a plus) Ability to lead diverse teams and work cross-functionally
