Responsibilities：

• Oversee daily operations at the hub, ensuring efficient package sorting and distribution.
• Manage staff performance and provide training to enhance team productivity.
• Implement best practices for logistics management to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess hub performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations. Requirements：
• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Locations:

$80,000.00
