Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager to support daily warehouse operations for engine parts at our Rolling Meadows facility in the Chicago area. This role supports warehouse leadership and plays a critical part in maintaining operational continuity, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced parts distribution environment. Location Rolling Meadows, IL (Chicago Area)

Work Distribution Physical Warehouse Work:

Approximately 70%

Office and Administrative Work:

Approximately 30% Key Responsibilities

• Support inbound, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping operations for engine parts
• Perform hands-on warehouse work and support daily floor operations
• Operate forklifts, including sit-down, stand-up, and cherry picker
• Process warehouse transactions using SAP and/or WMS
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventory
• Support order fulfillment to meet delivery and service level expectations
• Participate in internal and customer meetings and follow up on customer requests
• Coordinate with warehouse management, headquarters, and internal teams
• Support basic inventory and order status reporting
• Follow warehouse safety and compliance standards Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of warehouse operations experience
• Hands-on warehouse experience required
• Forklift operation experience required
• Experience using PDA scanners
• Experience with SAP and/or Warehouse Management Systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to perform physical warehouse work
• Bilingual preferred:

English/Spanish or English/Korean Pay:

$70,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
