This role will manage receiving, storage, shipping, inventory accuracy, team leadership, and process improvements while maintaining compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements. Inventory Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control policies and procedures to ensure inventory accuracy Place orders for all parts Monitor daily inventory transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations, verifying that protocols are being followed Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and stock shortages Perform and oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits Monitor product quality during receiving and storage Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to reduce inventory loss Coordinate with technicians and vendors to ensure inventory availability and operational efficiency Analyze inventory trends, product movement, aging, and demand forecasts to optimize stock levels Forecast inventory requirements based on sales trends and operational needs Maintain accurate inventory records using company software programs Prepare operational reports for management Warehouse Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and distribution Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Monitor warehouse labeling, packaging, and documentation accuracy Maintain efficient warehouse layout and product flow to maximize productivity Other Responsibilities Lead, train, supervise, and support warehouse and inventory personnel Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Schedule staff and monitor daily performance to achieve operational goals Foster a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment Promote continuous improvement through coaching and process enhancements Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency Recommend and implement best practices for inventory management and warehouse operations Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer service and supply chain performance Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of inventory management and warehouse operations experience Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, and logistics Knowledge of inventory software and Excel Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments Knowledge of OSHA and warehouse safety standards Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Accounting background a plus Detail-oriented Extremely organized Forklift experience
