This position is responsible for making sure every motorcycle delivery is organized, professional, exciting, and memorable. From preparing the motorcycle and coordinating with dealership departments to educating customers, conducting follow-up, promoting dealership events, and helping customers stay connected to the Harley-Davidson family, you'll play a key role in turning a motorcycle purchase into a long-term relationship. What You'll Do Coordinate and deliver a world-class delivery experience for every new and used motorcycle purchased at Evansville Harley-Davidson Ensure motorcycles are properly prepared and ready for customer delivery Develop a strong understanding of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, including specifications, features, functions, and capabilities Work closely with Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, and other dealership departments to ensure all customer expectations are met at delivery Stay highly organized and plan ahead to ensure every delivery is executed smoothly Coordinate with the General Sales Manager to identify motorcycles that need to be photographed and ensure online inventory remains current Conduct customer follow-up within 10 days of delivery to review the customer experience and dealership survey/CXI process Follow up with customers who have recently brought their motorcycles in for service to maintain engagement and strengthen relationships Educate customers about dealership events, promotions, services, and ownership resources Help plan and execute Welcome to the Family experiences for new Harley-Davidson customers Understand and promote the dealership's customer referral program Maintain strong knowledge of dealership products, services, events, and motorcycle-related activities Identify opportunities to keep customers engaged with the dealership long after the sale Develop and maintain processes that help the dealership consistently fulfill its promises to customers Provide exceptional customer service and represent Evansville Harley-Davidson in a professional manner Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or General Manager What We're Looking For Valid motorcycle endorsement preferred Valid driver's license Ability to confidently operate and demonstrate motorcycles Ability to take customers on approved demo rides Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively with a broad customer base Confident, outgoing personality with strong communication and closing skills Knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson motorcycles or the ability to quickly learn motorcycle products and dealership processes Prior experience in customer service, sales, motorcycle, automotive, or powersports industries is helpful, but not required Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, social media, and basic computer applications Ability to work effectively with all areas of the dealership to maximize the customer experience and support dealership profitability Comfortable working in an environment where the noise level may occasionally be loud Ability to stand for the majority of the workday Ability to safely move and push motorcycles weighing 800+ pounds Must be able to successfully complete all required pre-employment screening Ready to Ride With Us?
