This position requires a deep understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry, regulatory compliance, and the ability to manage complex logistics and distribution networks. Key Responsibilities 1. Fulfillment Operations Manage and oversee all fulfillment operations, including warehousing, inventory management, and distribution. Ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders to meet custome expectations and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fulfillment processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry standards. 2. Supply Chain Management Optimize the supply chain to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience. Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure a seamless supply chain operation. Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 3. Regulatory Compliance Ensure that all fulfillment operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP). Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance. Coordinate with quality assurance and regulatory affairs teams to address any compliance issues or audits. 4. Leadership and Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing fulfillment team, including warehouse staff, logistics coordinators, and inventory managers. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement. Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure team members meet or exceed expectations. 5. Strategic Planning Develop and implement long-term strategies for fulfillment operations to support the company's growth and business objectives. Identify and evaluate new technologies and solutions to enhance fulfillment capabilities and drive operational excellence. Collaborate with senior leadership to align fulfillment strategies with overall business goals and objectives. Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus. A minimum of 10 years of experience in fulfillment, supply chain management, or logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry. Proven track record of managing and optimizing fulfillment operations in a regulated environment. Skills and Competencie s Strong understanding of biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industry regulations, including GMP and GDP. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data- driven decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
