Whitestown, IN Lead Our Warehouse Operations! We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our day shift warehouse team in our fast-paced food distribution operation. In this role, you'll oversee receiving, replenishment, inventory, and shipping while ensuring products move efficiently through the warehouse to support on-time deliveries to our restaurant customers. Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and associates. Ensure orders are picked, staged, and loaded accurately and on time for delivery to restaurant customers. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process improvements. Partner with Transportation, Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Service to meet customer expectations. Monitor productivity, labor, and warehouse performance while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse while ensuring compliance with OSHA, food safety, and company standards. Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and employee development. Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement. Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience, including at least 1 years in a leadership role. Food distribution or cold storage experience preferred. Strong leadership and team development skills. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, OSHA, and food safety practices. Ability to work in refrigerated warehouse environments and lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary. Why Join Us?
