Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee daily distribution center activities, optimize processes, manage inventory control, and lead a team of warehouse professionals. Your leadership will ensure seamless logistics operations, safety compliance, and continuous process improvements to support our company's growth. Duties Oversee all aspects of warehouse distribution, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling. Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive environment focused on teamwork and productivity. Implement process improvement initiatives using lean management principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems to ensure accurate stock levels and order fulfillment. Operate or supervise the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners safely and efficiently. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards across all warehouse activities. Coordinate logistics with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and manage distribution center operations to meet delivery deadlines. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within distribution centers or e-commerce environments. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, and materials handling procedures. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, Microsoft Office suite, and RF scanners. Ability to operate or oversee the operation of forklifts and other heavy lifting equipment safely. Excellent team management skills coupled with managerial communication abilities to lead diverse teams effectively. Experience with process improvement methodologies such as lean management is highly desirable. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards, shipping & receiving protocols, and 3PL coordination is preferred.
