Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse Manager/Delivery Coordinator to lead our distribution operations with energy and precision. Responsibilities Oversee all incoming products, including receiving in various products both physically and into our Inventory system on your computer. Oversee all outgoing products, including calling customers to schedule deliveries and scheduling customer pickups. Coordinating the warehouse staffs monthly schedule. Manage processes to maintain the conditions of the warehouse and attached areas. Occasionally taking a physical count of inventory and managing inventory accuracy. Managing warehouse team members accountability and communicating that effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse supervision or operations management within a distribution or logistics environment. Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts including transportation management systems, demand planning, procurement, and inventory control. Familiarity with navigating a computer and certain systems on a computer. Experience managing shipping & receiving processes, dispatching, and fleet coordination. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment. Knowledge of warehouse safety standards. Strong organizational skills with a focus on operations management and distribution processes. The ability to communiate over the phone and email.
