Warehouse Inventory Manager

Job Description

Overview The Warehouse Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, inventory control processes, and warehouse organization to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service. This role manages inventory movements, cycle counts, investigations, and process improvements while working closely with warehouse operations and customer service teams. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records across all warehouse locations. Oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. Monitor inventory transactions, including receiving, transfers, adjustments, and shipments. Develop and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices. Collaborate with operations to optimize inventory flow and warehouse organization. Ensure customer inventory requirements and service expectations are met. Analyze inventory trends and prepare reports for leadership. Train and support warehouse employees on inventory processes and system accuracy. Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety standards. Manage a team of inventory associates. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of inventory control, warehouse, or logistics experience. Previous leadership or inventory management experience required. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management software. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and manage multiple priorities. Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Pay:
$80,000.00 per year
