We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a large team. The ideal candidate has previous experience managing 100+ employees and is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position will be responsible for supervising employees, coordinating workflow, maintaining productivity, enforcing safety procedures, and ensuring daily operations run efficiently.Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a warehouse team of 100+ employees Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure workflow runs efficiently Assign tasks and responsibilities to employees based on workload and priorities Monitor employee attendance, performance, productivity, and safety Train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance Conduct or assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee evaluations Maintain staffing levels to meet daily production and operational needs Coordinate receiving, shipping, picking, packing, inventory, and material handling activities Monitor inventory accuracy and help resolve discrepancies Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency Communicate daily goals, expectations, and updates to supervisors and employees Work closely with upper management to meet production and warehouse goals Prepare and maintain reports related to productivity, attendance, inventory, and operations Address employee concerns and assist with resolving workplace issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Ensure equipment and warehouse areas are properly maintained and used safely Support overtime, scheduling, and staffing needs as requiredQualifications:
Previous Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager, or Warehouse Supervisor experience Proven experience leading and managing a large workforce of 100+ employees Experience with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee performance Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Experience with inventory, shipping/receiving, picking, packing, or distribution operations Ability to work effectively with employees, supervisors, and management High school diploma or equivalent required Additional education or certifications are a plusSkills:
Strong leadership and team-management skills Experience managing 100+ employees Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to delegate tasks and manage multiple priorities Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of warehouse operations and workflow Ability to monitor productivity and employee performance Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong attendance and reliability Computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems #HSM125Benefits:
