Arcco Power Systems is a leading supplier of engine driven power generation equipment throughout Louisiana. Our company is 100% dedicated to power generation. Our Warehouse team is responsible for parts operations within the organization to provide the highest level of external and internal customer satisfaction while maximizing return on investment through parts sales, inventory control, and expense control. Optimizes parts department processes. Provide accurate and timely quotes as well as follow-up on all accounts.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ensure that customer orders and estimates are processed in a timely manner. Responding to customer's in a timely, professional manner Proficient in computer skills Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions Maintains an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes a perpetual and/or annual physical inventory and proper counter procedure. Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Parts Department operations with ability to analyze and interpret internal reports Solid understanding of dealership operations Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to consistently meet deadlines Save and tag parts from the job if under warranty or if requested by the customer Perform inventory management to avoid surplus and obsolete stocks. Fill orders to consolidate them across one shop or several shops receive parts and organize inventory track returns and cores cross-reference parts on the shelf and for ordering purposes Maximizes use of all order discount programs to achieve management stock order goals May be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays Ability to effectively lead and work as a member of a team Hold others accountable, inspect work quality and give feedback in a way that is inspiring Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license 5 years or more with Warehouse Management experience Must be highly organized and have the ability to meet schedules and deadlines Must be computer oriented and have working knowledge Microsoft Office Must pay attention to detail Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and other employees verbally and in writing. Warehouse experience of 5+ years preferred. Pay is commensurate on experience.
