Heart of Gold Transport LLC is seeking experienced Last-Mile Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) with established teams of drivers. New Orleans, LA Immediate Start Last-Mile Package Delivery

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

DSPs WHO:

Have an established team of delivery drivers Can provide consistent daily route coverage Have reliable vehicles available for deliveries Can manage driver scheduling, attendance, and performance Have last-mile/package delivery experience Can coordinate package sorting, scanning, loading, and delivery Can provide backup/rescue drivers when necessary Can maintain strong communication with dispatch Are prepared to handle high-volume delivery operations

DSP RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage your own team of delivery drivers Ensure all assigned routes are covered daily Coordinate daily dispatch and route assignments Monitor successful route completion Maintain delivery and POD compliance Manage driver call-outs and replacements Ensure undelivered packages are properly returned Maintain consistent service and delivery standards
