Job Description
Overview As an Assistant Warehouse Manager for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you'll partner with the Warehouse manager to assist in the daily inbound deliveries and outbound orders to customers and installers. You will ensure a safe and secure working environment and adhere to all safety guidelines. You will also assist in developing, implementing, and driving key strategies and processes surrounding the continuous improvements of compliance initiatives of the business. Responsibilities Partner with leadership to develop and implement key Operations and HR programs and change initiatives. Coach, lead and develop the Warehouse team on the appropriate procedures, policies, and safety. Assist with loading and unloading shipments of products and/or materials; record receipts and maintain appropriate. Recommend changes and improvements to current work procedures to leadership and provide leadership guidance on appropriate initiatives. Maintain overall inventory, cleanliness, and organization of all warehouse locations. Assist with team lifts as required. Other job duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to build good relationships in a team-oriented environment Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word Expert people management capability including hourly teammates Proven ability to execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives Organizational skills, detail oriented Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools Ability to work in a fast paced, high demand environment At least 5 years diversified experience in warehouse operations, safety, and compliance in a manufacturing or distribution facility required 3+ years leadership experience; preferred Valid Driver's License required Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Teammate Assistance Plan Tuition Reimbursement 401k with 50% match up to 6% of your annual pay Paid Time Off Company Paid Holidays Paid Volunteer Time And more!
