Extreme attention to detail, self-motivation, and strong organization skills are a must in order to succeed in this fast-paced millwork manufacturing facility. Primary duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Receive materials utilizing proper documentation including labeling incoming material and maintaining material database.
• Inspect materials/products received ensuring they are in good condition and quantities/material are correct.
• Properly package, load and ship finished goods to ensure they arrive at the site without damage.
• Maintain overall knowledge of materials needed for projects in production and their location on the shop floor.
• Work with Shop Foreman and Production manager to identify/locate materials needed to produce work orders.
• Use Forklifts and other types of material handling equipment as needed to load, unload, and move materials onto/from racks and staging locations throughout warehouse.
• Use company Van or Box Truck for occasional local deliveries.

Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Receiving materials Packing and Shipping finished products. Maintaining material order database Managing inventory in warehouse Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Required Position Qualifications:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: Possess a current valid driver's license and forklift license. Proficient written and oral communication skills Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities. Highly motivated and self-directed positive attitude Demonstrate attention to detail and strong sense of urgency. Work independently as well as in a team environment Lift, slide, carry and lower packages.

Preferred Position Qualifications:

Previous experience (2-3 years) receiving, shipping, sorting or managing inventory.
