guidelines. Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing programs, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements. Maintains professional and technical knowledge of warehousing and shipping within the industry. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data systems. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; requesting work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. Oversee the powered equipment contracts and maintenance while working with executive management on changes or recommendations. Achieves financial objectives by assisting with annual budget scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning team members and following up on work results. Monitor fleet of company-owned vehicles. Assists with employee retention; coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees; staff planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Assists other departments as necessary. Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls. Proficient computer skills. Physical Requirements The employee regularly stands, walks, talks, and uses hands for finger dexterity. Occasionally reaches, stoops, kneels, and crouches. Frequently lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Typical manufacturing environment including prolonged exposure to loud machinery and noise. Temperatures may vary while continuously working around machinery with fast-moving parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, extreme heat, and risk of electrical shock. The employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in high or precarious places. Situational awareness on an active manufacturing floor and the ability to balance and traverse stairs are required. Typical office work environment involves sitting and utilizing computers. Daily exposure to the plant environment, including walking near equipment with moving mechanical parts.

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
