The Role We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our Brockton, MA foodservice equipment warehouse. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can bring structure, consistency, and pride of ownership to a good team that's ready for stronger leadership — someone who raises the bar and builds processes that run smoothly day in and day out. You'll lead a small, capable team, working directly alongside them on the floor while also owning the systems, safety standards, and inventory accuracy that keep the whole operation on track. Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Own day-to-day operations of the warehouse: staffing, scheduling, workflow, and daily priorities Lead, coach, and hold the team accountable to a high standard of execution and safety Build and enforce clear processes for receiving, staging, inventory, and shipping so nothing falls through the cracks Own inventory accuracy — know what's in the building, where it is, and what's missing Identify and report shipping damage or discrepancies, and put fixes in place to prevent repeat issues Serve as the point person for warehouse condition, safety, and organization — set and maintain a high standard every day Hands-On Work Uncrate, inspect, and assemble commercial foodservice equipment Safely move, stage, and prepare heavy equipment for delivery or pickup Manage disposal of crates, cardboard, trash, and recycling Assist with loading/unloading trucks Tag, label, and stage equipment for upcoming projects Support installation crews and make local deliveries as needed What We're Looking For Proven experience managing or supervising a warehouse, distribution, or similar operation A track record of building strong processes and elevating how a team performs Comfortable being hands-on: able to be on your feet all day and lift/move heavy equipment alongside your team Strong communicator who holds people accountable fairly and consistently Forklift experience preferred Ability to drive larger vehicles (16' or 26' box trucks) is a plus Experience with foodservice equipment is a plus Experience with NetSuite or leading a team through an ERP system transition is a significant plus — we're moving to NetSuite on October 1st, and this role will help drive that change on the warehouse floor Must pass a background check Our Core Values Everyone at Boston Showcase Company is expected to live these values every day: Respect Others Be Accountable for Your Actions Care About The Customer Communicate Constantly Go Above and Beyond We look forward to hearing from you!
