$135,000 - $155,000 plus an annual bonus opportunity of up to 15% Summary The Distribution & Revenue Manager is responsible for overseeing distribution analytics, revenue performance, pricing support, and operational reporting for a logistics organization. This role blends operational insight with advanced data analysis to optimize routes, capacity utilization, revenue realization, and margin performance. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Excel and database systems, comfortable building complex financial and operational models, and able to translate data into actionable business decisions. Responsibilities Distribution & Operations Analytics Analyze route performance, delivery density, capacity utilization, and cost-to-serve Develop models to optimize distribution networks, territory coverage, and asset utilization Partner with Dispatch and Operations to improve efficiency and reduce cost per delivery Build forecasting tools for volume, labor, equipment, and transportation needs Revenue & Pricing Management Monitor revenue trends, margin performance, and pricing realization Support pricing strategies, customer proposals, and contract renewals Develop contribution margin, customer profitability, and product mix analyses Identify revenue leakage, billing discrepancies, and improvement opportunities Data & Reporting Build and maintain advanced Excel models (Power Query, Power Pivot, PivotTables, macros, complex formulas) Create dashboards and recurring management reports Query and manipulate data from SQL databases, ERP systems, and POS systems Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistent definitions Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as analytical partner to Operations, Sales, Finance, and Accounting Translate complex data into clear executive-level insights Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Process Improvement Develop standardized reporting and analytics templates Automate manual reporting processes Establish KPIs and performance scorecards Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas, macros preferred) Strong experience working with databases (SQL or similar) 10+ years in analytics, revenue management, operations analysis, or similar role Experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or supply chain environments Team management experience Ability to perform multiple tasks and a variety of duties. Problem solves within delegated authority. Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and develop effective solutions. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Continuous improvement mindset. Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement and automation initiatives. Preferred Qualifications MBA or Master's Degree Experience with
ERP / TMS / WMS
