Since 1976, we've built a reputation throughout the Greater Boston and Metro West areas for honesty, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping things organized, and takes pride in ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Pay:

Paid Vacation:

Days Bereavement Leave Hours:
Monday - Friday; 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. What You'll Do As the Warehouse Administrator, you'll serve as a critical link between our office, warehouse, and field teams by helping manage inventory, fleet records, purchasing, and administrative processes. InventoryPurchasing Enter and manage purchase orders daily Process material requisitions from field personnel Assist with inventory ordering and stock replenishment Research parts, equipment availability, and vendor information Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation Organize and track incoming shipments and warehouse materials FleetAsset Management Maintain vehicle maintenance schedules and records Track vehicle registrations and renewals Manage vehicle keys and related documentation Assist with GPS tracking system administration Assign and track company tools and equipment Maintain accurate asset records and inventories Administrative Support Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse phone calls Support technicians and managers with inventory and warehouse requests Process paperwork, permits, and administrative documentation Coordinate occasional deliveries, pickups, and errands Support various operational projects as assigned Warehouse Operations Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse Organize and put away inventory and materials Assist with parts distribution to technicians Support daily warehouse operations and workflow What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of administrative or office experience Prior HVAC and/or plumbing experience required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Advanced computer proficiency and data entry skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills Valid driver's license and insurable driving record High school diploma or equivalent Excellent time management and prioritization abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience using ServiceTitan software Experience working with inventory, purchasing, or warehouse-related processes Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable interacting with field employees, vendors, and customers Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
